Job Summary
Conduct deep analysis of client business and technical needs through workshops to formalize requirements and create business cases. Design custom, robust solutions within the Microsoft and Databricks environments aligned with client business and technological goals. Lead pre-sales phases autonomously by defining response strategies, constructing architecture visions, estimating charges, and defending proposals to clients. Actively support commercial teams during qualification, demonstrations, and technical presentations. Prepare technical proposals, coordinate bid responses, and verify compliance with internal standards. Intervene at client sites to define architecture vision and pilot implementation across onshore and offshore delivery teams. Serve as the primary Data & AI reference for clients, defending complex architectural choices to stakeholders. Mentor junior architects and tech leads on technical development and best practices. Maintain technology awareness to propose innovative solutions around AI agents, RAG, and advanced automation.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership, capacity to federate and support the skill development of teams
- Excellent communication, pedagogy, ability to simplify complex subjects
- Client orientation, sense of service and added value
- Mastery of French and English (international environment)
- Expertise in solution architecture on the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry) and Databricks
- Mastery of data transformation issues
- Mastery of frameworks and tools for automation, integration and development (CI/CD, IaC...)
- Solid skills in project management, delivery and technical governance
- Ability to carry a vision of architecture and defend strategic recommendations with business and technical decision-makers
- Strong autonomy, senior consulting posture and ability to lead arbitrages in complex environments
- Minimum of 80 hours of training per year (technical, management, languages...)
- Panel of certifications (Databricks, Microsoft, cloud, AI, automation...)
- Flexibility of remote work
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of agent IA and RAG architectures
- Mastery of LLMOps practices (desirable but not mandatory)
