Job Summary
The Data & AI Enablement Lead drives the strategy for the adoption of data, AI, and automation, crafting frameworks and ensuring their application across business domains. Responsibilities include defining and implementing enablement frameworks, developing reusable assets for adoption, coordinating initiatives across business units, and mentoring other Advocates. This role requires advanced technical proficiency, strong facilitation skills, and expertise in managing adoption frameworks and enablement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or enablement disciplines, including leadership of multi-domain or enterprise-scale initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise adoption frameworks or enablement operating models.
- Background in user advocacy, community management, or technical evangelism.
- Familiarity with platform telemetry, usage analytics, or content performance tracking.
- Experience presenting at internal forums or external industry events.
Additional Requirements
