Job Summary
Design and implement ideal data structures and management strategies to advance customer big data utilization. Lead ETL, DWH, and BI projects that construct upstream data analysis foundations, translating business objectives into analysis base concepts and requirements. Drive data integration efforts to consolidate distributed datasets into Data Warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate information for executive decision-making. This role supports customers across manufacturing, utilities, energy, automotive, and finance sectors by building robust data linkage infrastructure. You will apply specialized industry solutions and lead engineering teams to define system architectures and drive organizational transformation.
Required Qualifications
- ETLツールを用いた実装経験(Informatica、Talend等)
- AWS、Azure、GCPなどクラウドに関する知識や実装経験
- データベースの正規化、論理設計、物理設計、SQL作成の経験
- チームリーディングのスキル(目的設定・業務課題整理・実装段階においてエンジニアをリードし、顧客との信頼関係を構築)
Desired Qualifications
- BIツールと用いた実装経験(Tableau、PowerBI等)
- 特定の業種・業界に関する深い見識や専門知識
- ビッグデータおよびアナリティクスに関する深い経験と専門知識
- 顧客要件からソリューションを検討し提案した経験
- アーキテクチャ設計の経験
- 基本設計~内部設計、テスト仕様書などの設計書作成経験
- プログラム開発経験
- 顧客、社内外の関連組織の円滑なコミュニケーションが図れること
- オフショアを利用したプロジェクト経験
- ビジネス英語ができる
