Job Summary
Lead data and AI implementation from strategy to production, translating business challenges into technical solutions involving platform engineering, MLOps, and cloud architecture. Advise clients on data architectures and technology choices while guiding engineering teams through deployment. Manage data engineers and scientists, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic goals. Build trust with clients to act as a direct-level sparring partner. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through sessions, blogs, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een data-gerelateerde rol
- ervaring in een consultancy- of leidende positie
- diepgaande kennis van data-architectuurprincipes: data mesh, lakehouse, streaming vs. batch, governance en datakwaliteit
- thuis zijn op minimaal een van de grote cloudplatformen (Azure, AWS of GCP)
- kennis van welke managed services wanneer worden ingezet
- kennis van hoe moderne AI-toepassingen werken (LLM's, ML-pipelines, MLOps)
- vermogen om verantwoord in productie brengen van AI-toepassingen
- vermogen om complexe technische materie toegankelijk te maken zonder de diepgang te verliezen
