Job Summary
Assess game plan effectiveness and diagnose tactical, technical, and psychosocial challenges to support decision-making during matches. Design and lead training sessions covering individual, unit, and team elements aligned with the Dash playing model, while supporting player film reviews and Individual Development Plans. Utilize platforms like Sportscode and Wyscout to produce video clips, conduct opposition scouting, and prepare tactical presentations for staff and players. Collaborate with the Head Coach on roster management, succession planning, and return-to-play integration, while assisting with pre- and post-match processes and maintaining analytical databases. Work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed, with international travel required.
Required Qualifications
- USSF "B" Coaching License
- Experience working in elite soccer at the national team, professional, and/or collegiate levels
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends, and some holidays – as needed
- Must have the ability to travel internationally
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Keynote and Video Analysis tools
Desired Qualifications
- Professional & international playing experience preferred
- Experience, familiarity, and network within international soccer preferred
