Job Summary
DAS Technician on the National Team responsible for deploying distributed antenna systems across venues nationwide. Responsibilities include following Field Managers and Lead Technicians, pulling and terminating coax/fiber, installing antennas and equipment, transporting materials, performing coax terminations and assisting with fiber splicing/testing, supporting PIM and sweep testing, documenting site walks and project reports, and mentoring Technicians and Apprentices. 100% travel within the United States; live anywhere in the U.S. with CTS-provided travel accommodations. Entry-level candidates welcomed with on-the-job training; pay range $20-$30/hour depending on experience. Location open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.; full-time benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willing and able to travel 100% nationally (CTS provides travel accommodations)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physically able to carry tools, ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of DAS, coax/fiber systems, and test equipment preferred (training provided)
