Job Summary
DAS & Small Cell Technician responsible for installing DAS equipment, including indoor and outdoor antennas, coaxial cable and couplers, and terminating coaxial cable. Interpret blueprints/design drawings and other project documents, perform line sweeps and PIM testing (Anritsu knowledge a PLUS), and provide white glove customer experience while installing equipment. Accurately report job status daily. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors with variable conditions, wear PPE, and carry ladders/tools. Requires the ability to complete installations independently as projects require, with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Travel up to ~60% with travel compensation and comprehensive benefits; wage range $20-$28/hour, with travel and safety being emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to get a scissor lift certification or have one
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background, drug testing and MVR
- Demonstrate ability to complete installations independently as projects require, while working with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to work in a professional manner at all job sites
- Physical capability to work indoors/outdoors with variable conditions
- Willingness to travel (TravelRequired: true, TravelPercentage: 60)
- ANSI Z359 compliance for fall protection gear
