DAS & Small Cell - Technician

Job Summary
DAS Technician supports DAS/Small Cell installations and maintenance, interpreting blueprints and project docs, troubleshooting RF/fiber issues, terminating coax, performing line sweeps and PIM testing, and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards. Requires ability to travel, lift 20-50 lbs, read technical drawings, operate RF test equipment, and collaborate in a team to install and troubleshoot DAS equipment (indoor/outdoor antennas, coax, and couplers) while maintaining project timelines and reporting status.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a scissor lift certification or already have one
- Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, power meters)
- Familiarity with wireless standards (LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi)
- Ability to read drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, and testing procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a crew
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email)
- Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as required (60-100% travel anticipated)
- Must pass pre-employment screening (DOT physical, background check, drug/alcohol testing)
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus
