DAS & Small Cell - Installation Technician

Job Summary
Install DAS and Small Cell equipment at telecom sites, interpret blueprints and project documents, install indoor/outdoor antennas and coaxial cable, troubleshoot RF and fiber issues, perform line sweeps and PIM testing, provide white-glove customer experience, and report job status daily. Requires travel to project sites, valid driver's license, ability to pass pre-employment screening, and physical ability to work in varied conditions; opportunities include overtime and long hours, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. DOE pay range $25-$35/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and power meters
- Familiarity with LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi standards
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background checks, drug testing, MVR)
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in variable conditions
- Scissor lift certification or ability to obtain one
