DAS Project Manager-Dallas

Job Summary

Review and verify project design, scope, and quotes while defining stakeholders, goals, and deliverables. Maintain comprehensive documentation, develop schedules, and manage dependencies to ensure project success. Perform site visits for pre-construction, QA/QC, and punch walks to verify documentation and scope. Coordinate with purchasing for PO releases, manage subcontractors, and deliver daily updates with completion tracking. Track project financials weekly, verify billing, and proactively manage scope changes or issues impacting budget and timeline. Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and maintain highest installation standards. Coach, mentor, and supervise project teams and subcontractors to drive accountability. Build business relationships and coordinate post-construction activities including commissioning, integration, and acceptance testing. Manage deliverables and closeout packages for timely customer delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of project management experience with strong technical background, preferably in the fields of telecommunication or engineering
  • Customer-facing project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Telecommunications and/or Wireless Project Management
  • Strong background in either DAS, Small Cell, Macro, Fiber, or Low voltage or Construction
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents
  • Ability to define and track project financials
  • Ability to interpret and create project schedules
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to 'think outside the box' and meet customer deadlines, perform as the 'go-to' person for other CTS /customer issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project, Visio)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and in team environments with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to travel within the region with a valid driver's license
