Job Summary
Review project designs, scope, and quotes while defining stakeholders, goals, risks, and deliverables. Maintain comprehensive documentation in the cloud-based file system and identify critical project dependencies. Develop schedules, job trackers, safety plans, and submittals to ensure project success. Perform site visits for pre-construction, QA/QC, and punch walks to verify customer deliverables. Manage subcontractor scope reviews, PO releases, and daily project updates with completion tracking. Monitor project financial health weekly, verify monthly billing, and develop cost estimates for scope changes. Proactively manage schedule and scope adjustments, ensuring the Regional Director and customers are aware of potential impacts. Coach, mentor, and supervise project teams and subcontractors to enforce safety protocols and maintain installation quality. Track milestones, coordinate post-construction activities, and manage project closeouts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of project management experience
- strong technical background
- preferably in the fields of telecommunication or engineering
- Customer-facing project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Telecommunications and/or Wireless Project Management
- Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents
- Ability to define and track project financials
- Ability to interpret and create project schedules
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to think outside the box and meet customer deadlines
- ability to perform as the go-to person for other CTS /customer issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
