Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day field operations for Distributed Antenna System installations and wireless infrastructure upgrades by enforcing safety protocols, supervising crews and subcontractors, and executing construction plans provided by the Project Manager. Monitor daily progress, resolve on-site issues, conduct inspections to verify quality and safety, and manage inventory of tools and materials. Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs and reports while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. Travel 50–80% of the time and work Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wireless or DAS construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and wireless infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing crews and coordinating field operations
- Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to operate company vehicles
- Ability to stoop, crawl, bend, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- Willingness to travel out-of-market/state for extended periods (50-80% travel)
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening; subject to random testing
- Must be able to work extended or irregular hours
- Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed
