Das Cafe Manager

Oversee all daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and financial reporting to ensure consistent food and beverage quality. Supervise and develop a team of eight to ten members by interviewing, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations. Greet every guest, prepare coffee and espresso drinks, and actively promote café offerings while maintaining strict brand standards. Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and proper stock levels for retail products. This full-time, year-round position requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
