Job Summary
Design the operating system for our internal mini dark store and manage daily hardware operations, including issuing cameras and equipment to field teams, collecting and reconciling inventory, and ensuring all gear is charged and ready. Create systems for inventory tracking, storage, dispatch, and returns while identifying missing, damaged, or faulty items to coordinate repairs, replacements, and procurement. Maintain accurate daily records and scale processes as operations grow, hiring and managing additional store staff as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a dark store, warehouse, fulfilment centre, or inventory operation
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with physical hardware and high-volume daily dispatches
- Able to build simple, reliable systems from scratch
- Comfortable managing frontline teams and day-to-day operations
- Ownership mindset and willingness to work hands-on

- Experience at companies such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, or similar operations-driven businesses
