Job Summary
Own the end-to-end data lifecycle by building scalable dashboards that translate complex KPIs into compelling narratives highlighting trends and business opportunities. Lead problem-solving from root-cause diagnosis through solution implementation to guide the continuous optimization of performance and offerings. Shape business direction by designing A/B tests, pilot programs, and market analyses, then transform complex research into actionable, strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Act as the trusted analytical partner for Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams, bridging the gap between data and strategy while presenting high-impact insights to executive forums. Champion team efficiency by ensuring database integrity, identifying process gaps, and architecting scalable solutions to elevate analytical standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in strategy, operations, BI, or consulting
- experience in tech or e-commerce
- degree in a quantitative or business field (Engineering, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- ability to independently extract, model, and analyze large-scale datasets
- Business-level English (B2+)
- ability to thrive in ambiguity
- ability to design experiments (A/B testing)
- ability to synthesize massive amounts of data into clear, actionable, and executive-ready recommendations
- ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
