Job Summary
Handle inbound inquiries regarding sales, product specifications, and deliveries for retail customers across the UK and Irish markets. Navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual desktop interfaces to provide efficient, high-quality troubleshooting and aftersales support. Identify complex issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution while maintaining a professional, human approach to customer care. Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (C1+)
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Comfortable with PC navigation (multiple tabs, VDI, etc.)

- 100% Remote (Based in Greece—Athens/Piraeus hub)
- Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends!)
