Job Summary
Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad and English-language roles, screen CVs, conduct interviews, manage candidate communications, collaborate with internal team to understand client needs, and maintain an active pipeline. Remote freelance position with paid onboarding for 3 months, followed by commission-based earnings with no cap; approximately 30–40 hours per week and flexible remote work from anywhere. Opportunities for long-term collaboration and meaningful impact helping candidates work abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Danish (native or near-native) and proficient in English
- Previous recruitment experience (agency or international setting preferred)
- Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment
- Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (via LinkedIn and social media)
- Self-driven, organized, able to work independently
