Job Summary
Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Danish to ensure strict adherence to community guidelines and platform policies. Identify, investigate, and escalate harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content, including misinformation, hate speech, and fraudulent activity targeting Danish-speaking audiences. Analyze patterns of suspicious behavior and coordinated inauthentic activity, then make accurate decisions regarding content removal and account suspensions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content moderation guidelines and document recurring trends to support continuous improvement of trust and safety operations. Maintain high mental resilience while handling sensitive content as part of daily moderation duties.
Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent Danish language proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Minimum English proficiency equivalent to a B2 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers
- Willingness to relocate and live in Sofia, Bulgaria
