Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, professional support to Danish-speaking customers via primary communication channels and troubleshoot inquiries efficiently to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate customer records, follow up on unresolved cases, and collaborate with team leads to elevate service standards. This role requires a fluent Danish speaker residing in Lisbon with a fixed daytime schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 and valid Portuguese working rights. The position is part of a supportive, international team focused on problem-solving within a stable corporate environment.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level or fluent (C1/C2) proficiency in Danish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Local candidate already residing in or around the Lisbon metropolitan area
- Full availability to work a fixed daytime schedule (08:00 - 17:00)
- Exceptional active listening
- Empathy
- A natural ability to connect with people
- Possession of valid Portuguese working rights (NIF, NISS, or residency card/EU citizenship)
- Independent local residency
