Job Summary
Assist Danish-speaking customers with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting while providing expert guidance on high-quality tools and equipment. Handle customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner, working closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Operate Monday to Friday shifts (09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00) in a full on-site role in Athens, joining a vibrant and supportive team. Relocation support is available for EU citizens.
Required Qualifications
- C2 level Danish
- solid English skills
- Previous experience in customer service
