Job Summary
Handle reservations, account management, payments, and modifications for both B2C guests and B2B partners via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers to maintain high satisfaction levels while navigating internal systems and updates. Join a global travel brand offering a three-week intensive English training program, with full relocation support and a gross base salary of €1,530 plus up to 10% performance bonuses. Work remotely from Thessaloniki, Greece, Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. No prior experience required; native Danish (C1+) and strong English (B2+) proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Danish (C1+ level)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong English skills (B2+ level)
- Solid PC skills (Windows, keyboard shortcuts, and basic troubleshooting)
- Ability to multitask across systems
- 100% Remote (Tied to TP Thessaloniki – Attrina)
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00
