Job Summary
Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media regarding general inquiries, pre-sales questions, and basic technical troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support while adapting the brand's voice to ensure a helpful, human experience. This permanent CDI role includes a €1,500 base salary paid 14 times annually plus monthly performance bonuses, a €7.23 daily meal allowance, and comprehensive health insurance after six months. The position offers a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm with no weekend hours, allowing 100% remote work from anywhere in Portugal. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to the country, covering flight reimbursement and shared apartment accommodation.
