Dance Instructor

Job Summary
Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week to help students reach their personal dance goals. Work closely with students from all walks of life to enhance their lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Participate in events on weekday evenings and weekends, including choreographing wedding dances, hosting local parties, and competing in National, Inter-Regional, and Regional Dance Competitions. Maintain exceptional physical fitness and endurance levels while delivering outstanding customer service. Join a team of certified instructors to provide professional training, access top-level national coaches, and pursue opportunities for performance in beautiful venues and championship titles.
Required Qualifications
- Are self-motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Understand what it takes to be successful and are willing to commit to the work
- Hold themselves accountable
- Are unselfish team players
- Eagerly accept coaching and feedback for improvement
- Have a positive outlook – cup is always half full
- Establish exceptional physical fitness/endurance levels to perform this role successfully
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with students of all ages
