Job Summary
Create and teach dance routines while maintaining current training skills and monitoring the academic progress of team members, ensuring a grade point average of 2.5 or above. Supervise all auditions for new members, manage team travel, oversee the team budget, and procure necessary equipment. Hold the team accountable for ethical behavior, exceptional discipline, and personal presentation at all times. Participate in weekly training, the Annual Homecoming Parade, and all required basketball games and academic semester functions. This seasonal role at Talladega College requires prior dance experience and commitment to enhancing performance standards.
Required Qualifications

- Participate in Talladega College Annual Homecoming Parade
- Dance at all home men and women basketball games
- Dance at all required functions as outlined during the academic semester
- Practice and participate in weekly training
- Maintain good academic standing of grade point average of 2.5 or above
- Exhibit good character, integrity and personal presentation at all times
- Must have prior experience of dance
