Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to DBS Fundamentals
- Holding a CP (Certified Practitioner) or ACP (Advanced Certified Practitioner) in VSM (Value Stream Map)
- Experience in TPI (Transactional Process Improvement)
- Experience in PSP (Problem Solving Process)
- Quality fundamentals including quality operations, supplier management, risk management, quality engineering, new product introduction, and preventative actions
