Damp & Mould Supervisor - Social Housing

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the damp & mould response in social housing, overseeing end-to-end case workflow from receipt to closure; supervise initial treatment and ensure safe working practices; coordinate follow-on remedial works with contractors; manage access, vulnerabilities, and risk; maintain case trackers and performance reporting; support resident-focused queries with case chronology and evidence packs; ensure works comply with health & safety requirements and RAMS; operate within governance boundaries with escalation to the relevant technical/duty holder when required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory / coordination role within social housing repairs, maintenance, voids and/or responsive services
- Excellent communication skills and a resident-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong case management, scheduling/programming, stakeholder management and evidence discipline (audit trails, photo standards and chronology)
- Working knowledge of relevant housing standards/legislation from an operational delivery and escalation perspective (e.g., HHSRS, Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act, Awaab’s Law)
