Job Summary
Greet all store entrants, assess customer requirements, and guide them to the appropriate counter while ensuring no client remains unattended. Conduct regular inventory counts of gold bars, coins, and certified diamonds, verify weighing scales and diamond testers, and maintain 100% stock accuracy. Execute sales transactions by providing product information, handling objections, processing payments with dual verification, and managing repair orders from intake to workshop delivery. Monitor competitor activity, gather post-sale feedback, and ensure all store displays and equipment comply with brand standards. Work retail hours including weekends and split shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Minimum High school
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, customer service or hospitality industry
- General knowledge of Jewellery
- Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends) to meet business needs ( open to 6 days / split shifts)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Chinese and other foreign languages preferred
