Bilingual Damage Insurance Agent providing inbound insurance advice for Home & Auto via RBC, focusing on needs assessments, regulatory risk awareness, and cross-team collaboration to deliver solutions for clients and referrals to partners. Leverages Quebec certificate/licensing process, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers a consistent, positive client experience across English and French-speaking clients. Proactively supports sales goals through personal home & auto insurance solutions and collaboration with RBC team members.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate delivered by l’Autorité des marchés financiers or willingness and ability to obtain it
- General Insurance License for Ontario or other provinces
- Bilingualism (English and French) required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to work all shifts within operation hours
