Job Summary
Manage the Digital Asset Management library by tracking, organizing, and validating metadata for company websites. Approve product image details for quality assurance, coordinate error corrections, and distribute images to customers per specific procedures. Troubleshoot asset access and image discrepancies on the DAM system and company websites while updating databases for redundancy. Validate naming conventions and monitor product launch progress. Assist in prepping products for photography and inventory sampling tools. Interact with IT and Marketing staff to maintain technical infrastructure. Requires 8-hour workday, 6 hours sitting, 2 hours standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Communications or related field
- Photoshop experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Word required
- Exceptional organization skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks as well as multiple projects
- Good oral and written communication skills required
- Intermediate PC experience or greater required
- Basic math skills a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to self-start and self-manage daily responsibilities
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Lifting is essential in your job function
- Hearing – 6 to 8 hours

- Simple Grasping – Up to 2 hours
- Firm Grasping – Up to 2 hours
- Fine Dexterity – Up to 2 hours
Desired Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Photography knowledge and experience preferred
- Knowledge of photography file formats and sizes a plus
