Job Summary
Senior executive-level role focused on driving sponsorship revenue for the Dallas Wings through strategic development, acquisition, and management of high-value partnerships across entitlements, IP rights, in-game signage, digital and social media, hospitality, and other inventory. Responsible for developing commercial partnership strategy, managing budgets, and delivering innovative solutions for partners and stakeholders, with emphasis on closing new business and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and marketing executives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in sports sponsorship sales, with a proven track record of successfully closing six & seven figure deals.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with all internal and external clients, especially C-Level executives.
- High-level contacts at target partners, particularly companies with partnership or premium hospitality portfolio.
- Results-driven, analytical, forward thinking and self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for various projects and meetings.
