Required Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate Transactions: acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate assets
- Borrower-side loan document negotiations and closing experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing and client communication skills
- 5-6 years of associate-level experience in real estate development and investments
- Ability to work in a collaborative, mentoring environment
- Location-flexible to Dallas area (as described in posting)
