Job Summary
Relationship-driven outside sales role in disaster restoration; build and grow a B2B referral network with commercial clients and insurance partners through consultative conversations, prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings. Develop and manage a protected territory, track pipeline in CRM, educate partners on mitigation/restoration solutions, and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive a predictable, growing pipeline and six-figure income potential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable building a territory from zero
- Self-disciplined with strong follow-through
- Coachable, but not dependent
- Strategic thinker who can identify and prioritize high-value opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience selling services to commercial clients is preferred
