Job Summary
Perform high-quality lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment scans across multiple clinics within an assigned market cluster. Maintain proper scanning protocols, ensure patient comfort and safety, communicate preliminary findings to physicians, document ultrasound findings in the EMR, and support daily patient flow in partnership with physicians, medical assistants, and front desk teams. Travel between clinics within an assigned geographic market based on operational needs. Consistent weekday schedule with no overnight shifts or weekends. This Float RVT role requires adaptability to different clinic workflows and patient volumes, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the entire patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active RVT (ARDMS), RVS (CCI), or ARRT certification required
- Minimum of one year of hands-on ultrasound scanning experience required
- Completion of an accredited allied health, diagnostic medical sonography, or vascular ultrasound program preferred
- Strong ultrasound scanning skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned clinic market
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, flexible, and highly adaptable mindset
