Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, medication reminders, and escort services. Take, document, and report vital signs following established care plans and medical direction. Provide emotional support while promoting resident dignity, observe changes or safety issues, and report concerns promptly. Support daily operations such as dining assistance and documentation while maintaining professional demeanor and complying with facility policies. Work in a flexible environment where you can choose shifts without minimums, earning same-day pay and 1.5x rates for holidays. Requires active CNA license, 18 months of Med-Surg or Rehab experience, BLS certification, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CHHA license in good standing
- Minimum of 18 months of hands-on experience working in Rehabilitation and/or Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) facilities
- Experience taking and charting vital signs
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
