Dallas: 4th grade RLA/SS Teacher

Deliver differentiated academic instruction and manage classroom climate to maximize student growth across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social domains. Design standards-based lesson plans, create authentic assessments, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Monitor student behavior, collaborate with support teachers and special education staff for at-risk learners, and maintain accurate documentation of grades, behavior, and intervention progress. Ensure compliance with district policies while participating in staff development and extracurricular activities. Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and faculty.
