DaisyCare Technician

DaisyCare Technician responsible for keeping client smart space systems running flawlessly and delivering a world-class client experience. As the primary point of contact, you will engage with clients to assess, repair, upgrade, and optimize AV and smart space systems; perform maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of audio-visual, networking, control, and security equipment; quote and manage necessary repairs or upgrades; document all service activities using CRM tools; collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams; and manage a dedicated client book with regular reporting to leadership. Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on AV experience, the ability to independently troubleshoot and service sophisticated technology, strong client-facing and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license for travel to job sites. Field-based role involving travel to client locations with in-person service delivery.
