DaisyCare Technician

DaisyCare Technician is the primary client contact responsible for keeping smart space systems running flawlessly. The role requires a seasoned AV professional with at least 3 years of hands-on Audio Video experience who can independently troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize sophisticated technology systems while delivering a world-class client experience. Responsibilities include building and sustaining client relationships, guiding optimization and upgrades of AV and smart space systems; performing assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV, networking, control systems, and security equipment; identifying, quoting, and coordinating repairs or upgrades; documenting all activities using CRM tools; collaborating with sales, service, and trade teams to ensure seamless service delivery; managing a dedicated client book and reporting results to leadership. Travel to job sites and direct client interaction are involved in this field-based role. The position emphasizes independent problem-solving, customer-focused service, and ongoing learning within evolving technologies.
