Conduct field visits to dairy and goat farms in eastern SD and western MN, diagnosing unique production challenges and delivering tailored solutions to boost efficiency and profitability. Provide trusted advice on nutrition, genetics, and agronomy while coordinating with company experts when specialized support is needed. Build lasting relationships through empathetic communication and active listening, focusing on improving the bottom line for each producer. Requires a BS degree in a relevant field, strong sales abilities, and willingness to travel locally with occasional overnights.
