Job Summary
Stock and maintain the dairy department to meet customer demands while achieving efficiency; greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns politely; ensure dairy products are fresh and properly rotated, correctly priced with tags or signage; handle spoiled/damaged merchandise per procedures; maintain cleanliness of sales floor, cooler, and backroom; comply with health and OSHA requirements; follow sanitation schedules; assist with receiving/inventory and minimize losses by following time/temperature guidelines; cooperate with co-workers and supervisors; PPE usage; training provided; may assist in other departments; role emphasizes teamwork, personal growth, and dedication to community service.
