Dairy Sales Account Manager in Wisconsin to lead consultative dairy sales and support, leveraging STgenetics’ genetic, reproductive, and farm-management offerings. Responsibilities include identifying new targets, presenting value propositions, maintaining client relationships, developing written/digital reports, and promoting profitability through genetic progress and technology implementation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy/Animal Science or related field and 2-5 years of consultative sales experience, with strong English communication and familiarity with dairy herd management and related software. The role emphasizes building the company’s image within the dairy sector and delivering value-added services to dairies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy/Animal Science or related field
- 2-5 years of consultative sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze dairy record herd management software, such as PC Dart, Bovisync, and Dairy Comp 305
- Outstanding communication skills in English are required; the ability to communicate in Spanish preferred but not required
- Knowledge and experience with large, progressive dairy herds
- Expertise of dairy business, management, genetics, and reproduction
- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
