Dairy Queen Team Member

Dairy Queen Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests while preparing food and treats to brand standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders via POS, preparing items per Dairy Queen standards, assembling/presenting orders, maintaining cleanliness, following food safety guidelines, handling cash/payments, stocking supplies, collaborating with teammates to meet service goals, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, ability to learn procedures, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Must be 16+ and able to stand for shifts, work in cold conditions temporarily, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel up to 10% as needed. On-the-job training provided; EEO employer.
