Job Summary
Dairy Queen Team Leader role responsible for greeting fans, delivering fan-first service, assisting in managing restaurant areas during shifts, coordinating crew performance for fast service, training and coaching staff, ensuring proper organization and staffing, maintaining a positive, safe, clean environment, and upholding Dairy Queen service standards. Requires 6+ months of high-volume quick-service experience, HS diploma or equivalent, ability to supervise areas, and ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it. Candidate should be highly organized, capable under pressure, able to lift 50 pounds, and demonstrate strong personal hygiene and teamwork. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be capable of supervising specific areas of the business in a fast-paced environment
- Must be ServSafe certifiable or willing to get certified
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
- Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
- Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness
