Job Summary
Greet fans and assist with menu navigation while delivering fan-first service and resolving concerns calmly. Prepare treat products adhering to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean, safe environment. Move cases of food and paper products, stock ice in dispensers, and use sanitizing solutions. Read order monitors and recall product contents during high-volume shifts requiring quick movement and standing for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds frequently while practicing proper food handling procedures and maintaining positive personal hygiene. Work cooperatively with management and team members in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shifts
- Work well under pressure packed situations while maintaining a great attitude
- Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
- Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
- Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and promptness
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume DQ restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time
- Travel quickly in customer service area as much as three times for each customer up to as many as 40 customers per hour of shift
- Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges
- Handling food/drinks/treats and food/drink/treat products constantly
- Capability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Interact with the public and co-workers constantly during shifts
- Must be able to read order monitors
- Recall and communication of products and contents
