Job Summary
Greet fans, assist with menu navigation, and deliver fan-first service by resolving concerns calmly while maintaining a positive attitude. Prepare treat products adhering to health and safety standards, stock ice and supplies, and move cases of food or sanitizing liquid up to 50 pounds. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring constant interaction with the public and co-workers, standing for long periods and responding quickly to high-volume service demands. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while following all food handling procedures and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shifts
- Work well under pressure packed situations while maintaining a great attitude
- Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
- Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
- Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and promptness
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume DQ restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time
- Travel quickly in customer service area as much as three times for each customer up to as many as 40 customers per hour of shift
- Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges
- Handling food/drinks/treats and food/drink/treat products constantly
- Capability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Interact with the public and co-workers constantly during shifts
- Must be able to read order monitors
- Recall and communication of products and contents
