Job Summary
Greet and welcome fans, assist with menu navigation, and deliver fan-first service while calmly resolving concerns. Prepare treat products adhering to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Move cases of food, buckets of sanitizing liquid, and containers up to 50 pounds, stock ice in soft drink dispensers, and use sanitizing solutions. Read order monitors, recall product contents, and interact constantly with the public and co-workers during high-volume shifts. Practice established food handling procedures and meet local health regulations. Work well under pressure, stand for long periods, and exhibit good manners and proper personal hygiene.

- Travel quickly in customer service area
