Job Summary
Conduct quality customer service and food product preparation using Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance the guest visit. Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities while maintaining a valid driver's license and passing a background check. Hold a Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification and communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed with no 3rd shift. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift or Assistant Manager
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
