Job Summary
The Dairy Manager is responsible for managing the dairy department by ensuring product quality, safety, and customer service standards. Key responsibilities include verifying deliveries, managing inventory levels, implementing product displays and promotions, ensuring proper product rotation, training staff, and maintaining customer relations. The role requires reading and writing skills for tagging and ordering merchandise, lifting heavy items, following instructions, and standing for most of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds thirty percent (30%) of the time.
- Must be able to stand upright for most of your scheduled work shift.
