Job Summary
Dolder Dairy Manager responsible for the daily operations of the dairy department at Mollie Stone’s Markets’ Grand Central location in San Francisco, including product receiving, stocking, FIFO rotation, temperature logging, cleanliness, customer service, supervision and development of team members, inventory management, pricing, compliance with health/safety standards, and ensuring high standards of store presentation and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in grocery retail, dairy, or refrigerated department operations (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly, stand/walk for extended periods, and tolerate cold working environments
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
