Dairy Lead

Develop and implement merchandising plans to meet department financial objectives while controlling costs through improved operations. Direct, oversee, and evaluate training for department employees to reduce turnover and promote efficiency. Maintain accurate records, manage inventories by tracking weekly reports, and order supplies to ensure out-of-stock goals are met. Analyze customer satisfaction surveys to identify improvement areas and develop corresponding processes. Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to health and OSHA requirements, and actively support the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Promote continuous employee development and demonstrate appropriate suggestive selling techniques.
