Job Summary
Conduct on-site data collection at dairy farms in the Hagerstown, MD region, including sanitizing equipment, setting up parlors, printing reports, and invoicing. Pour milk samples, record cow numbers, and monitor data accuracy for delivery to support herd management decisions. Perform evening and weekend work as needed to meet position demands, driving to various farms with different sizes and milking schedules. Build relationships with farmers in your assigned circuit while providing guidance on production and profit goals. No overnight travel required.
